Day 02 : Delhi - Lucknow - Shravasti
- After breakfast, set out for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar, starting at 08:00 AM. Explore the Mattupetty direction which includes: • Tea Museum – Learn about the rich history of tea cultivation. • Tea Gardens – Ideal for scenic photos and a peaceful walk. • Blossom Hydel Park & Flower Garden – Perfect for nature lovers. • Photo Point & Honey Bee Tree – Great photo stops. • Mattupetty Dam & Kundala Dam – Enjoy optional boating (pay directly). • Echo Point – Known for its natural echo phenomenon. Later, visit Eravikulam National Park (entry from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, closed Feb–Mar for breeding season), home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Spread across 97 sq. km., this sanctuary offers breathtaking views of tea plantations and mist-covered hills. If lucky, witness the rare blooming of Neelakurinji, a plant that flowers once in twelve years. Return to town for optional activities such as elephant safari, jeep safari, rock climbing, hiking, rafting, or visit Dreamland Fun & Adventure Park. You may also enjoy a Kathakali dance performance or witness a live Kalaripayattu martial arts show. (All entrance and activity fees are to be paid directly. - After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Thekkady, a haven for wildlife and nature enthusiasts.
- On arrival, check into your hotel/resort and get ready to explore Thekkady, home to the renowned Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Spread over 777 sq. km, including 360 sq. km of evergreen forests, this sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. It is known for its rich biodiversity, scenic beauty, and wildlife including elephants, sambar, bison, and exotic birds.

- After breakfast, disembark from the houseboat and drive to the beach paradise of Kovalam, via Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala.
- On the way, you can visit: • Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple – A sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, known as the richest temple in the world. • Napier Museum • Kanakakunnu Palace • Zoological Park • Kuthiramalika Palace Museum • Sri Chitra Art Gallery • Planetarium (Note: Some attractions are closed on Mondays and operate from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.)

After breakfast, check out and head to Poovar Island, one of Kerala’s hidden gems. Poovar is a rare geographic wonder where the lake, river, sea, and beach meet – making it a perfect photo spot and a tranquil retreat.
Enjoy a 2–3 hour motorboat cruise through the mangrove forests and backwaters, witnessing the confluence of nature in its purest form. (Boating charges payable directly.)
Later, proceed to Trivandrum Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of God’s Own Country.
